Deep Fried Chicken Soft Bone

Ingredients:
150g Chicken Soft Bone
4tbsp Mix Flour
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
pinch of shaoxing wine
little oil
pinch of chili salt

Note: Chicken soft bone is available from frozen meat stores. Apart from a perfect starter dish, it also goes well with wine.



Method:
1. Marinate chicken soft bone with salt, pepper and wine for 15 minutes.
2. Dip chicken soft bone in batter mix.


3. Heat oil, deep fry chicken soft bones till golden brown.


4. Heat wok, fragrant chili salt.
5. Mix chicken soft bone with chili salt, stir-fry well and serve hot.
